HERB TEA

I used Mint, Parsley & Nasturtuims leaves (Kappertjies) and 1 Tea Spoon of Honey

Rinse the Herbs before you use them.

Place your herbs in a Glass Container.

Add Warm Water and let it Steep for at least 30 min.

Strain & Enjoy!

You can even let it Steep over night in a Sealed Glass Container.

swollen airways, cough, and bronchitis
– natural antibiotic
help fight bacteria, fungi, viruses, and tumors
