Pina Colada {recipe}

“If you like Pina Coladas
and getting caught in the rain
And the feel of the ocean
and the taste of champagne
If you like making love at midnight
in the dunes of the cape
You’re the love that I’ve looked for,
come with me and escape”

YOU WILL NEED:

1 Large Ripe Pineapple
2 Frozen Bananas (Very Ripe)
1 Can of Coconut Cream
Ice
Pretty Glasses/Jars

Blender

Optional: Straws, Cocktail Umbrellas, Pineapple pieces for decorating.

METHOD:

Peel and Cut up Pineapples and Bananas.
Toss Pineapple, Bananas and Coconut Cream in Blender.
Add Ice and Blend some more.
Pour into Glasses/Jars and ENJOY!

Strawberry Mojito

Its my Birthday!

So i will share my Favorite Birthday drink with you.

Strawberry Mojitos. Its tastes good, smells good and makes you feel absolutely good.  

You can even make it a Virgin Mojito.

Try it ! Its absolutely awesome!

 

Recipe 

Strawberry Mojito

 

40ml    Bacardi Rum

12        mint leaves

15 ml   sugar

15 ml   lime juice

90 ml   lemonade

6          strawberries halved

6          ice cubes

 

Prepare glasses, pour sugar in one plate and lime in another.

Rim the glasses, first in the lime then the sugar set aside to set and crystallize. 

Pour Bacardi rum, lime juice and sugar into a blender, blend well.

Add ice cubes, strawberries and mint leaves, blend until ice is fine.

Add lemonade, blend lightly.

 

Pour in to a Jug or prepared glasses. Add mint and strawberries  for trimming.  

 (15ml  = 1tbsp)

Serves 2
