Mindfulness {Lifestyle}

We live in such a busy new world. We are always busy doing something, on your phone, watching TV, Chatting or planning for the next day.

We forever running around and never being truly still.

You go to bed and force your brain to switch off and sleep within minutes or you mindlessly scroll through your facebook or twitter.

We have to take a few minutes a day and reflect on the day, absorb what you have accomplished be grateful and happy.

Take 5 minutes to meditate and reflect.
You will need a Quiet Space, where you will not be disturbed, a timer or Cellphone, a Book or Page and a Pen.
