If you would like to keep your sanity this Holiday season, with friends and family visiting and celebrating,
I suggest take my 5 Tips.

Here are my Top 5 HOLIDAY TIPS:

1. Buy or Make Christmas Gifts early.
Buy gifts in advance, buying online is ever better to avoid busy malls.
Support local, there are so many beautiful hand made gifts from South Africa.
My favorite online store is

2. Plan!
Plan your dinner with family, buy all the ingredients that will not spoil early.
Use a check list and double check it.
Plan days with family and friends, coordinate schedules to get the most out of your holiday.
*TIP Make a Whatsapp Group, everyone will chat and get excited for the holidays

3. Delegate!
Delegate other responsibilities to family and friends, Wrapping, Decor, Setting up, Hiring etc.
Ask them Bring Games, Music etc. Let everyone feel like they helped to make the holidays special.

4. Test New Recipes.
If you would like to try a new trending recipe, test it out first. Do not place stess on yourself by trying new recipes that could potentially flop. Rather tweak old Recipes, add a trending Sauce or decorate it differently.

Last but defiantly not least, RELAX RELAX RELAX! Kick back, put your feet up and enjoy a holiday hot chocolate or a nice glass of wine. Take time to reflect, take in and enjoy the holiday.
Laugh with family and friends, do not forget to enjoy the moment and make beautiful memories!

Kim Kardashian Beauty Tips {beauty}

Perfect Eye Shadow

Kardashian has a trick for wiping away flecks of shadow. Before applying, she says, “I powder under my eyes, so you can see the white powder, then brush it off.” Another trick we like for long-lasting color: Dust a layer of that same translucent powder from the lash lines to the brows before applying shadow.

Take Off Your Makeup

Going to bed with a clean face is key for preventing acne and even wrinkles. “Cosmetics can hold on to pollution, and you’ll end up sleeping with a load of free radicals on your skin, which can contribute to cellular damage and early aging,”

Eat Clean

Kardashian says her cellulite has “gotten better with diet.” She typically eats oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken for dinner.

Skip Shampooing

“I start out the first day with a clean blowout,” Kardashian recently told Us Weekly. “The second day, I put in dry shampoo, which adds texture. Then, the third day, I sleek it and I straighten it, and then, the fourth day, I put our oil in it, and I make it a really sleek look. I might do a ponytail or a sleek bun. That’s my hair plan, and then I start over.”

Gardening {spring} Tips

What to do in your Garden this Month

Plant and sow :

  • Plant spring-flowering seedlings like alyssum, snapdragons, poppies, pansies, calendulas, stocks, cinerarias, lobelias, petunias, impatiens, marigolds, begonias and fairy primrose.
  • Sow these vegetables now: beetroot, brinjal, carrot, lettuce, spinach, beans, cabbage, turnips, marrows, tomato and green pepper.
  • Plant summer-flowering bulbs and rhizomes like dahlias, cannas, gladiolus, spider lilies and watsonias.

Feed :

  • Fertilise clematis and fuchsias once every two weeks with Seagro, Nitrosol or MultiFeed. Pinch out the growing tips to encourage bushier growth and more flowers.
  • Start hydrangeas on a blueing programme by feeding them with 25g of aluminium sulphate once every two weeks.
  • Cut back bougainvilleas which have finished flowering. Fertilise with 2:3:2 and water well. Stop feeding and watering when the first buds appear, to encourage the development of flowers.
  • Feed bulbs that flowered during winter, such as daffodils, with bulb food to supply nutrients for next year’s flowers. Don’t remove the yellowing foliage as this also helps to feed the bulbs.
  • Feed fruit trees, vines and berry-bearing plants with a fertiliser that is high in nitrogen, such as 4:1:1.
